1. NATURE OF SERVICES (THE “CONSULTANT” CLAUSE) Overwatch Fire Protection Management LLC (“Company”) acts solely as a consultant and owner’s representative.
We are NOT a Contractor: We do not perform physical construction, maintenance, or repair work.
We are NOT an Insurer: We do not guarantee that your property is free from fire hazards or that it meets all code requirements.
Third-Party Vendors: We facilitate relationships between you and licensed contractors. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, negligence, or pricing of these third-party contractors.
2. NO PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING OR LEGAL ADVICE The content on this Website (including the “Knowledge Center,” guides, and checklists) is for educational and informational purposes only.
It does not constitute professional engineering, legal, or code-compliance advice.
Fire codes (NFPA, IFC) vary by jurisdiction. You must verify all information with your local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) before taking action.

5. INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Overwatch Fire Protection Management LLC and its officers from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Website or your violation of these Terms.
6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington. You agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration in [County Name], WA, rather than in court.
