Our Services
This moves you from a "reactive" model to a "proactive" one. We develop a custom maintenance schedule that tracks the age of your life safety assets, helping you forecast capital replacements and build accurate budgets.
Vendor migration is the process of switching service providers. We handle this entire process for you: vetting new contractors, transferring historical data, and ensuring a seamless transition without gaps in coverage.
This program equips your team with knowledge of basic fire and life safety regulations. As a result, it enhances their ability to make informed decisions and identify hazards early.
We create customized emergency response plans for your facility. In addition to evacuation procedures, we develop communication strategies and role-based responsibilities to ensure full OSHA compliance.
These are comprehensive inspections designed to identify potential hazards. Following the inspection, we provide detailed reports outlining risks and recommending specific solutions to enhance safety.
We provide building owners and occupants with essential training. Topics typically include how to use fire extinguishers, how to identify hazards, and how to evacuate safely.
Technical & Compliance
We act as your expert representative and technical advocate. Unlike traditional consultants who only provide advice, Overwatch offers a comprehensive strategy that includes vendor oversight, code interpretation, and direct execution of repairs to ensure every aspect of your property is compliant.
Most vendors are specialists who work in silos; they see the equipment but not the whole building’s compliance picture. Our role is to provide holistic oversight and technical performance. We ensure work is actually required by code, documented correctly for the Marshal, and priced fairly.
The most common mistake is a "reactive" approach—only addressing life safety issues after a failed inspection or system failure. We use Common Sense Advocacy to move owners to a proactive model, which is consistently safer, cheaper, and reduces liability.
ITM stands for Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance. Adhering to the ITM schedules outlined in NFPA 25 Standards is mandatory for compliance and building safety.
Frequencies are determined by the NFPA and your local Fire Marshal (AHJ). Generally, systems require weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual checks. Overwatch manages this entire calendar so you never miss a deadline.
AHJ stands for Authority Having Jurisdiction. This is typically your local Fire Marshal. We handle the technical communication with the AHJ on your behalf to ensure citations are cleared and your records are up to date.
Immediately. We perform a technical audit of the deficiency report to verify the findings. Once confirmed, we execute the necessary repairs and coordinate with the AHJ to close the case and restore your compliance status.
The first step is a complimentary consultation. We’ll discuss your specific challenges and typically recommend a Fire Safety Audit to establish a baseline of your current compliance health.
