Mickey Hilderbrand
Overwatch Fire Protection Management was founded by Mickey Hilderbrand, a veteran with nearly 20 years of experience in the Puget Sound fire protection industry. From fabrication and field tech work to high-level management, Mickey has seen every side of the business.
Mickey founded OFPM after realizing that property managers were often left at the mercy of inconsistent vendors and "hidden" costs. He built Overwatch to be the solution he couldn't find in the market: a company that provides direct, high-quality service backed by an uncompromising commitment to the owner’s best interest.
