Fire Extinguisher Maintenance Service

The Overwatch Advantage

Standard vendors focus on the tag; we focus on the protection. We provide immediate resolution. Overwatch self-performs all fire extinguisher ITM with a "first-visit fix" mentality. Unlike contractors who leave your facility vulnerable while waiting for orders, we actively keep replacement units on hand for immediate exchange.

Our direct service model eliminates the lag time between inspection and compliance. By managing your fire extinguisher inventory with the precision of an advocate, we ensure every unit is pressurized, accessible, and correctly documented in your digital portalβ€”keeping you 100% Fire Marshal Ready at all times.

Anatomy of the ITM Lifecycle

Understanding that not all units are alike is critical for compliance. While common dry chemical units follow a 6 and 12-year cycle, CO2, Wet Chemical, and Water units require Hydrostatic Testing every 5 years. Overwatch tracks these varying technical lifecycles so your facility never faces a "missed" service citation.

SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE MECHANICAL OPERATING PRINCIPLES

Stored Pressure

The standard office unit. The expellant gas and extinguishing agent are stored in the same chamber. These require constant pressure monitoring via a built-in gauge.

Cartridge Operated

Industrial-grade units where gas is stored in a separate external cartridge. These are designed for harsh environments and quick on-site recharging without specialized pumps.
