The Overwatch Advantage

What sets us apart from other service contractors is simple: We go beyond ITM. While standard vendors focus on the inspection, we focus on the result. Overwatch provides a comprehensive management layer for your life safety assets, organizing digital documentation, ensuring repairs are completed correctly, and handling all mandatory reporting to the AHJ.

"The Overwatch Advantage" means we provide the oversight needed to exceed expectations, not just meet them. We handle the reporting you've come to expect with even greater precision.

Anatomy of the ITM Lifecycle

Understanding that not all units are alike is critical for compliance. While common dry chemical units follow a 6 and 12-year cycle, CO2, Wet Chemical, and Water units require Hydrostatic Testing every 5 years. Overwatch tracks these varying technical lifecycles so your facility never faces a "missed" service citation.

SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE MECHANICAL OPERATING PRINCIPLES

Stored Pressure

The standard office unit. The expellant gas and extinguishing agent are stored in the same chamber. These require constant pressure monitoring via a built-in gauge.

Cartridge Operated

Industrial-grade units where gas is stored in a separate external cartridge. These are designed for harsh environments and quick on-site recharging without specialized pumps.
